Role Overview
This role focuses on operational reporting across air cargo shipment flows, KPIs, delay patterns and service levels. You will turn operational data into usable reports for managers and process owners so decisions can be made faster and with more confidence.
Responsibilities include maintaining weekly and monthly reports, validating data quality, identifying inconsistencies and coordinating with operations teams when irregularities appear. The role improves service reliability by helping teams see issues earlier.
Requirements
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills are required, including formulas, filters, pivot tables and clean formatting. Familiarity with logistics data, service-level reporting, operational KPIs or BI tools is an advantage.
The right candidate is accurate, organized and comfortable with repetitive but sensitive work. Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders and the ability to investigate mismatches are important.
