Requirements
Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, community coordination, content creation or social campaigns is preferred. Strong Persian communication and good English are required.
The right candidate is organized, culturally aware and able to coordinate several small initiatives at once. Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, Telegram groups, talent newsletters, online events or campaign reporting is a strong plus.
