Role Overview
You will build internal business tools for service coordination, reporting, workflow automation and integrations between operational systems. The focus is on stable, maintainable solutions that genuinely reduce manual work and improve operational quality.
You will work on internal APIs, database structures, scheduled jobs, logging, debugging and system integrations. This role suits a developer who enjoys solving real organizational problems through clean backend engineering and close stakeholder communication.
Requirements
Strong PHP experience, preferably with Laravel, is required. You should understand SQL, database design, REST APIs, authentication, background jobs, error handling and maintainable backend code.
The ability to understand business requirements, ask clear questions and propose realistic technical solutions is important. Experience with internal tools, ERP/CRM, reporting systems, Docker, CI/CD or enterprise environments is a plus.
